If you haven’t verified your phone number, you will be prompted when you log in:

Alternatively, you can go to the ‘Settings’ option in your account, and you will see a ‘Verify’ button next to your phone number field.

A support agent may ask you for your 8-digit support pin to help with your request.

To view your support pin, simply login to your Hugo’s Way account and click the "Settings" button.

The Support Pin can be found under your ‘Personal Information’. This will be masked for security purposes and you can click on the little eye icon to reveal the number:
