How do I reset my trading account password?

To reset your PRO4 password, login to Hugo's Way and follow the steps below:

You must follow these procedures in order to reset your PRO4 password:

Log in to your customer profile at Hugo's Way.

Please choose "Trading Accounts" from the left-side menu after logging in.

Choose "Reset Password" after selecting the "Padlock" icon next to the relevant account.

You will receive the password reset email to the email address registered to your account.
